Leaderful, LLC is a California limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 2211 E. Orangewood Ave #351, Anaheim, CA (“Leaderful,” “us,” “our,” “we”). It is our policy to always respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you via our website (the “Site”) and its associated services. This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is meant to inform you of the types of information that we collect from you, the legal bases by which we collect such information, what we use the information for, who we share the information with, and the measures that we take to protect your information. By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any term of this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Site. We may change this Privacy Policy periodically, at our sole discretion, and without prior notice. Such changes will be posted on this Site, marked by the effective date of the latest version of this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to this Privacy Policy will be regarded as acceptance of our practices around privacy and personal information. Currently, we do not use our own or any third-party’s cookies,
beacons, or other technologies to identify your web browser or to
gather, process, or store personal data from you. We may, however,
choose to do so in the future. As such, we fully reserve the right
to (for ourselves, or by certain third-party apps and parties)
obtain certain information from you by automated means when you use
the Site, including, potentially:

• Web beacons (i.e. internet tags, pixel tags, which link web

reserve the right to use third-party web analytics services, such
as, for example, Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel. Google
Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other third-party services may
utilize use automated technologies to collect data (such as IP
addresses) to evaluate and monitor your usage of the Site for ways
and for purposes that are included in Section 5: “Collection and Use
of Information” below.
4. Legal Bases for Collection and Processing of Information
We will only ever collect and process information about you where we
have legal bases for doing so, and we will make every attempt to
comply with applicable laws and regulations in our collection,
processing, and notifications regarding your information. These
legal bases depend on the Site services you use and how you use

not use cookies, but we reserve the right to do so in the future. A

the Site/app servers to recognize:

• additional data that serves the purpose of the cookie, and any

If we change our policies and Site to gather, process, and/or store personal data, we will maintain a variety of commercially standard security measures to protect your data. Please note, however, that while we will do our utmost to create a secure Site, the internet is not a secure environment, and we cannot guarantee the confidentiality or security of the data that you transmit. As such, we cannot be responsible or liable for the security of your data that you transmit through the internet.

We do not and will not solicit or knowingly obtain, use, or store information submitted by a minor under the age of 18 without obtaining prior consent from a responsible parent or guardian. 11. Your Rights and Controlling Your Personal Information
Pursuant to the laws of certain United States state jurisdictions,
and other jurisdictions we may operate in, you have rights with
respect to aspects of any personal information we may obtain from
you. These rights include:
(a) Choice and consent: By providing personal information to us, you
consent to us collecting, holding, using and disclosing your
personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You do
not have to provide personal information to us, however, if you do
not, you understand that it may affect your use of our Site.
(b) Information from third parties: If we receive personal

out in this Privacy Policy. If you are a third party providing
personal information about somebody else, you represent and warrant
that you have such person’s consent to provide the personal
information to us.

such request cannot be verified.

you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or
misleading, please contact us using the details below. We will take
reasonable steps to correct any information found to be inaccurate,
incomplete, misleading or out of date. We have the right to require
verification of your identity before complying with any request for
correction of your personal information, and we have the right to
refuse your request if your identity/authorization to make such
request cannot be verified.
(f) Notification of data breaches: We will comply with
non-conflicting laws applicable to us in respect of any data breach.
(g) Complaints: If you believe that we have breached a relevant data
protection law and wish to make a complaint, please contact us using
the details below and provide us with full details of the alleged
breach. We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to
you, in writing, setting out the outcome of our investigation and
the steps we will take to deal with your complaint. You also have
the right to contact a regulatory body or data protection authority
in relation to your complaint.
(h) Unsubscribe: To unsubscribe from our e-mail database or opt-out
of communications (including marketing communications), please
contact us using the details below or opt-out using the opt-out
facilities provided in the communication.
(i) Non-Discrimination: Note that if you choose to exercise these
rights, we may not intentionally discriminate against you in
providing our Site and our services to you. You understand any
effects on our Services or our Site that result from complying with
requests to restrict the personal information that you provide or
from your decision to limit any cookies that we use to make our app
fully functional does not constitute discrimination within the
meaning of the applicable regulations.
12. Business Transfers
If we or our assets are acquired, or in the event that we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, we would include data among the assets transferred to any parties who acquire us. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any parties who acquire us may continue to use your personal information according to this Privacy Policy.
13. California Residents’ Rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA”)
Specifically, if you are a resident of California, you have rights
under the CCPA and its implementing regulations. Please note that we
do not knowingly or purposefully engage in the sale of California
Personal Information as the term “sale” is used in everyday
parlance. The only “sale” of California Personal Information that
falls under the CCPA terms “sale” or “sold” happens via exchanging
the California Personal Information with third-party vendors through
cookies and/or online advertising. As we try to protect all our
users’ privacy to the maximum extent possible, California residents’
rights are otherwise stated in Section 11 herein, but for the
purposes of clarity, these are the types of California Personal
Information that we may collect from you now or over the past 12
months:
(a) Identifiers: name, email address, etc. to the extent that you
made a request over our “Contact Us” form;
(b) Other information, to the extent transmitted to us: signature,
physical characteristics/description, internet use information,
geolocation information, professional/employment-related/education
information; and
(c) Inferences drawn from the above categories. We may collect the
above categories of California Personal Information in the ways
described in Sections 1, 2, and 3 above. We may use the above
categories of California Personal Information for purposes described
in Section 5 above. California residents have specific rights
pursuant to the CCPA. These rights are already listed in Section 11
above, but for the purposes of clarity, the CCPA-specific rights of
California residents are:
(a) Notice: you can request that we disclose to you the California
Personal Information that we have collected about you, the sources,
and whether any have been sold or disclosed for business purposes
under the CCPA over the last 12 months;
(b) Opt-Out: you can request that we do not “sell” your California
Personal Information to third parties, by emailing
[email protected] (note that currently, we do not gather or sell
any personal data whatsoever, including any data that would fall
under the definition of California Personal Information);
(c) Deletion: you can request that we delete any California Personal
Information that has been collected from you.
(d) Non-discrimination: note that we may not discriminate against
you if you elect to exercise your rights under the CCPA. To exercise
your rights under the CCPA, please email [email protected] and
include the heading “CCPA Request.” You or an agent authorized by
you can make such a request (the agent must have written evidence of
your authorization). If you or your agent make a request, we may
require verification of your identity and/or authorization before
complying with the request. If we are unable to verify the
authenticity of a request, we may ask you for more information or
deny your request. To the extent that you submit a request to
disclose, alter, or delete your California Personal Information, we
may charge you a small administrative fee to cover the costs of the
request.
